It's a well-thought-out offer that matches the affluence of this picturesque street. Right in the middle of the debates, a welcoming house at the threshold of the vault, a room large enough to accommodate the crowds, and a menu that does the same, well-staggered in prices and mixing tradition and modernity: onion soup, marrow bone, fillet of sea bass with spinach shoots, tripe in Savoy wine, tartar with a knife... Modern desserts (chestnut and peanut entremets, apple and speculoos cheesecake...), suggestions on the slate.
