Chef's Restaurant A fine Annécian address thanks to Clément Torrès and also a little thanks to Gault&Millau, which helped launch this wonderful adventure by naming this talented young chef the winner of our Dotation. A legitimate reward and already two toques for this new wave surfer. In this "Saba", which translates as "mackerel", we can of course feel a slight Japanese influence, or rather a beautiful openness to the world, using local or not so local products and faraway ingredients for a quality artisanal cuisine. On the downside, the usual "let yourself be carried away" message to justify the blind menus doesn't leave customers free to choose what they want, even if the plate is convincing in every way. A fine team in the dining room, and an interesting cellar that can lead you along the vineyard paths.
