Sponsored The 2nd floor of the EDHEC Business School is a welcoming, almost secret place to eat: 393, a traditional restaurant with a breathtaking view of the Promenade des Anglais, the Mediterranean and the private jets. With its warm ambience, cosy decor, seasonal, homemade and traditional cuisine, this brasserie, open to all, celebrates the classics of French and Mediterranean cuisine, created by Chef Christophe Spisak and Moïses Oliveira, who have been working here for 6 and 9 years respectively. Now partners at the helm of 393, they cultivate a pleasant, smiling welcome for a lunch break. Every day, depending on what's available, they offer meat, fish, salads, starters, main courses and desserts of the day, accompanied by organic wines from Provence. Combining know-how and experience, these two professionals also provide a catering service for your professional and private events in the region, all year round, both in organization and in the creation of savory and sweet dishes to be enjoyed.
