Gourmet Restaurant This is a fine example of contemporary dining in tune with the region. La Rotonde, designed by Virginie Basselot, is much more than a seafood brasserie, but a fine idea for a distinguished meal with accomplished dishes: carpaccio of Cians trout with mandarin gel yuzu and lemon balm, beautifully cooked roasted scallops with gnocchi and Jerusalem artichokes, reminiscent of the Norman chef's acute knowledge of the product, poultry vol au vent and sweetbreads with poultry jus and port. Also pasta, veggie dishes, good desserts (mont-blanc marron cassis), adapted menus and palatial service.
