Gourmet Restaurant A 3-star hotel on the coast, the house offers a fine market table, headed by chef Pacôme Epron. Having been in the business for fifteen years now, he has long since found his feet, and we have every confidence in his ability to create an intelligent, fresh menu based on local produce. The menu offers convincing examples: pan-seared langoustines with thyme oil, creamy cauliflower and crushed heirloom tomatoes, the famous ikejime pollack, artichoke heart larded and lacquered with veal stock, pan-fried chanterelles, roasted ribs of a rack of Belle-Île lamb, an airy peach and liqueur soufflé, peach mousse and quenelle of peach salad. Good service.
