Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of Belle-Île, this address brings together 5 longères with soft pink facades, housing 32 luminous rooms and suites, decorated with wood panelling and pastel fabrics. It's a confidential place with many charms, where you can savour the delights of the spa and heated swimming pool, with its deckchairs in the shade of the eucalyptus trees, before moving on to the beautiful building that houses La Table de la Désirade. Considered one of the best on the island, it is run by chef Pacôme Epron, who has been delighting guests for almost twenty years with a local cuisine based largely on the ocean and produce from the organic vegetable garden in the garden. Last but not least, a mention for the hotel's original partnership with Les Restos du cœur bellilois, which testifies to the warm, human spirit that reigns here.
