Chef's Restaurant Experienced chef Jean-François Sicallac's handsome contemporary table has become a must on the harborfront. A skilful and masterful treatment of seafood, a meticulous service, marked by professionalism at every level. The menus are well-adjusted, but it's the lavish, mouth-watering menu that delivers on the promise of apparent simplicity: langoustines steamed with seaweed, scallops in creamy escabeche with coriander and mint peas, braised pork cheeks with honey and cider. Simple, good desserts (millefeuille, strawberry shortcake, etc.), and a fairly varied classic cellar.
