The Hotel des Sables has replaced the Nautile with the GR 34, offering an evenly balanced hotel plate, of a pleasing standard, and logically focused on the flavors of the sea. The view of the ocean from the hotel is as pleasing as ever, and harmoniously accompanies the chef's ideas. Try the n°3 oysters or the "buisson de langoustines", the "dos cabillaud et beurre nantais", the "sole meunière, beurre clarifié et écrasé de pommes de terre", or a "Paris-Plougastel".
