Gault&Millau's review 2026

The marine restaurant par excellence in the port of Concarneau, where Mickaël Rigous works the daily arrivals to perfection. It's a beautiful table overlooking the sea, where seafood platters are obviously recommended, before tackling the classics: pavé de merlu, mousseline de carotte, confit d'oignon et fenouil aux épices, daurade grillée, rôti de lotte au lard, risotto aux champignons et crème de homard, cotriade... The restaurant also offers lobster specialties and some more earthy dishes: auvergne guinea fowl supreme and spinach lasagne, ricotta and mushrooms, or sweetbread heart, pommes grenailles and bordelaise sauce. Classic desserts.
