Remarkable Restaurant This long-established bastide still has plenty to offer. The charm of the site, the view over the village and a cuisine that is becoming increasingly refined thanks to the talents of chef Noël Bérard. The menu is clear and well-defined, and all the ingredients are in place for a charming dinner: escargots au pastis carotte à la poutargue, langoustine nacrée fenouil pêche au basilic and agneau de Sisteron grillé au miel eggplant farcie des ris à la figue (Sisteron lamb grilled with honey, eggplant stuffed with sweetbreads and figs) form the backbone of a handsome, hearty €175 menu (alongside a veggie offer at €155) that leaves plenty of time to enjoy the place and very well-prepared service, right through to the dessert of pêche façon pomme Anna, green zebra and bugne sorbet pêche. Good sensations this year and three toques to confirm.
