Gault&Millau's review2025
Nadia Sammut's small estate is calibrated for high-end tourism, where Parisians on the go, English vacationers and lovers find themselves in an essentialized Luberon, between country landscapes, false nonchalance, old stones and antiques, chic and nature. At La Fenière, the chambres d'hôte work wonders, and every lunchtime guests can treat themselves at La Cour de Ferme, the Provençal bistro, where local produce is brought together in a €50 menu, with simple yet effective plates, a lovely veal carpaccio and anchovy sauce, a memorable Mediterranean mullet, linked to white beans by a poutargue that we'll never tire of. Cellar a little short. From Wednesday to Sunday evenings, a unique gastronomic menu is offered at €160 in the main building.
