Prestige Hotel This address is above all the story of love at first sight, when Frédéric Biousse and Guillaume Foucher discovered this abandoned 17th-century bastide in 2015, set in the heart of the Lubéron and a vast park filled with cypress and oak trees over a hundred years old. Magnificently restored and transformed into a hotel, the estate now boasts 19 rooms and suites decorated with exquisitely mottled furniture. A member of the Relais & Châteaux group, this family-style refuge also boasts a beautiful swimming pool and a spa designed by Susanne Kaufmann. Not to mention a permaculture vegetable garden, the delights of which inspire the cuisine of chef Michel Marini, at the helm of Le Champ des Lunes gourmet restaurant and La Cuisine d'Amélie, which offers simpler yet ultra-tasty fare. Enjoy with a glass of wine from the estate's vineyards.
