Gourmet Restaurant Bernie, the mistress of the house who takes care of everything in the dining room, and Vincent, who ensures the quality of the dishes in this restored Landes house, with its terrace sheltered by reeds and its beautiful interior. The cuisine is pleasant, sometimes a little sophisticated, but sincerely prepared: wild shrimp ravioli, shiitake, ghoa, roasted sesame foam, hake and chipirons, pan-fried crisp vegetables, parmesan crumble, rocket and lime sorbet, red fruit compote, cheesecake ice cream, vanilla cream and crumble. Fair prices, southwest-facing cellar, with a good proportion of organic produce.
