Gault&Millau's review 2025

Lovers of local cuisine swear by David Sulpice's talented reinvention of the Landes terroir. On site, they are also seduced by the charm of this beautiful Gascon mansion, with its pyramidal roof and magical views over the ponds and park, a paradise for squirrels, frogs and birds. To invite them to extend their stay, David and his wife Magali have designed just 6 rooms and suites, perfect odes to nature with tapestries featuring herons or dragonflies, beautiful rattan furniture and works by local artists. The atmosphere is serene and gentle, with a few surprises in store, such as this delightful cabana on the edge of the pond, where you can enjoy a selection of champagne at dusk. It's also a perfect base for exploring the beaches of Hossegor and Capbreton, or the nearby Golf de Seignosse.
