Prestige Hotel
Facing the marine lake of Hossegor, this establishment, born in 2020, is a real hit. The former Basque-Landes house was extensively restored under the impetus of Frédéric Biousse and Guillaume Foucher, who have since successfully developed the Fontenille Collection. The mansion now houses 25 rooms and suites inspired by Hamptons surf hotels, with white paneled walls, wicker armchairs and vintage furniture. Guests come here to laze by the pool, enjoy myBlend treatments and massages in the 450 m2 mineral spa, or try their hand at paddleboarding on the lake under the guidance of the hotel's private coach. On the food and beverage front, the hotel offers an equally tempting range of dishes, led by chef Philippe Moreno. Fish and chips on the Estagnots beach, where a cabane has been set up, maritime bistronomy at the Beach House and top-flight gourmet cuisine at the Les Hortensias restaurant, all while admiring the sunset over the turquoise waters of the lake.
