Tucked away in a natural setting away from the city, this renowned mill is where the people of Dax come to enjoy a gourmet escape in a warm and familiar setting. Thierry Berthellier knows his craft and his customers well, confidently delighting them with a solid menu, while his wife Anne-Marie builds trust in the dining room. A wide selection of high-quality dishes, including foie gras, scallop carpaccio, king prawns in aurore sauce, veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms and vegetables in their own juices… The Moulin’s set menu is €55 and includes, for example, a chocolate lava cake for dessert. Well-stocked wine cellar.
