Housed in a striking 1970s pavilion in the grounds of the Relais de la Poste, this little table is the bistro annex to the gourmet restaurant, offering a moment steeped in tradition and simplicity. The atmosphere is frankly pleasant, relaxed and conducive to no-fuss cuisine: a perfect egg with Magescq asparagus, creamy wild garlic and parmesan, grilled octopus, ratatouille and polenta, Chalosse beef striploin, knife fries, Bordeaux sauce and beurre maître d'hôtel, a pretty strawberry dish.
