In the chic, commercial Rue Saint-Guilhem, this efficient, contemporary bistro offers a good, simple menu for under €30 for lunch, and a €39 menu in the same spirit, taken from the seasonal menu: pâté en croûte, Armorican shellfish soup, octopus confit in court bouillon and aïoli, pressed duck confit jus roasted with spices, coconut vanilla crumble and caramel flan.
