Gourmet Restaurant Follow the sign to this buzzing, not at all boring bistro on the busy Rue Saint-Guilhem. The style is that of a consensual fashion between repertoire (oeufs meurette, paleron en cocotte), trends (salmon gravlax with citrus fruits, octopus and saffron aioli) and classics (pâté croûte, magret with morel mushroom sauce). There are no surprises until the Paris-Brest, but the food is delicious and the prices are fairly reasonable, with a good menu at €38.
