Chef's Restaurant The product, nothing but the product, the whole product. With referenced suppliers, best practices, know-how. And a hidden, hidden, hidden menu! For lunch and dinner! While some restaurants aim to feed their customers, Daniel Lutrand's Pastis is all about surprising them. And it works quite well, since the merry-go-round has been running for almost fifteen years, with undeniable success, and our investigators' ratings are always positive. The only area where the customer has a say is in the cellar, which is very well balanced with the best of Languedoc (Clos Maïa, Jasse Castel, L'Hortus, Mas Jullien, Montcalmès) at rather attractive prices.
