Gourmet Restaurant A change of owners, but the sign remains unchanged with the same meaty approach. Right in the heart of the city, in the lively little streets, the decor is warm and inviting, and the cuisine seems to us to be making progress too, with bone marrow, Duroc ham, a fine portion of chuck flap, one of the connoisseurs' favorite cuts, with good fries, before a classic chocolate mousse. Attentive service, essentially regional cellar.
