The sign is banal, but the content is not. For this bistro is in fact a table in its own right, one of the most regular and interesting, and one to be ticked off visitors' shelves. Research is used to harmonize contemporary dishes, without too many luxury products, but with great care taken with cooking and accompaniments: mackerel à la flamme beet marshmallow kombu wasabi and tapioca, duck breast from Limagne carrot black garlic fennel and gastrique, namelaka coffee chocolate hazelnut. The full sequence, with mise en bouche and mignardise, and the attention of friendly service, is €47, the vegetarian menu €42, lunch €29.
