In the old town, a pretty bistro whose quality has been consistent over the past six years. The slightly chic atmosphere is matched by a short menu that's always tinged with originality: skrei ceviche, kiwi tartare with crying tiger sauce, monkfish in a kombu seaweed crust with Jerusalem artichoke garum, rum baba with tonka ice cream and caramel crème montée. A fine chef's work in keeping with the times.
