Chef's Restaurant Consistency, attention to detail and quality of welcome (awarded last year in the Gault&Millau Tour) make this one of the department's finest restaurants. Fanny and Eric Georget have improved their roadside inn over the years, and tradition is enveloped in a beautiful modernity with each plate: foie gras escalope with apple and rhubarb confit, sweet and sour apple jus, octopus gremolata with grilled chorizo, beet and balsamic soup, roast lamb with rosemary. Menus are cleverly conceived, desserts always gourmet and well executed (soufflé apricot, raspberry sorbet skyr and sablé breton). A good classic cellar at fair prices.
