Top Chef" fans swear by Le Jardin des Plumes, the restaurant run by the talented David Gallienne (2020 winner). The good news is that they can now extend their visit by putting down their suitcases in the guest house that the Norman chef has set up just for them, a few kilometers from the restaurant. This former dairy, adorned with blue shutters, has been transformed into a chic, rustic residence, with 6 contemporary-style bedrooms. The waxed concrete floor echoes the geometric shapes of a Mondrian, the antique furniture stands out against the ubiquitous white tones, and the large windows open onto the garden and fruit trees. Don't miss the tea room, served in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The menu is, of course, by David Gallienne, who has concocted some subtly regressive milk-based delights.
