Tradition is in the air at this beautiful, old half-timbered Norman house, which remains a favorite among the residents of Ébroïc, set in a setting that has barely changed. Diners come here for the seafood, lobster, fine cuts of meat, Acquigny trout, and osso buco. The service is attentive and very friendly, all in a timeless atmosphere.
