The indispensable Vieille Gabelle has been bringing traditional meals to life for 60 years. Generations have come and gone, and they're still fond of true French cuisine, with a solid, well-developed menu. A number of contemporary dishes have been added to the menu, and we love the timeless ones: oysters and seafood, foie gras with port wine, entrecôte au poivre, filet de boeuf Rossini, joue de boeuf façon daube.
