Gourmet Restaurant If you want to keep the tradition alive, keep coming back to the old half-timbered, beamed Gabelle we've always known. And it continues to delight locals with its rich simplicity, with shellfish from the fishpond and matured meats, seafood, sweetbread millefeuille with chanterelle mushrooms, foie gras, Rossini veal mignon and large profiterole cabbage. You'll savor it without a second thought, in an atmosphere that may be a little dated, but ultimately reassuring.
