Original Restaurant In the heart of the Beaujolais region, this large white building, acquired in 2017, is now home to a 3-star hotel run by Alain Bleton and his wife. A native of Lyon who has also worked at La Poularde Bressane in Grenoble and in Switzerland, the chef now offers his own table and bistro, in a bourgeois, contemporary and revisited French style. The €32 menu is a good option, with an œuf cocotte with chorizo and crayfish tails, kalamansi vinaigrette, fillet of féra in a red tapenade crust, a confit of pork loin with vinaigrette and chanterelles, and a charlotte with pears and warm chocolate.
