Gourmet Restaurant A little corner of paradise in the heart of Beaujolais, where life is good and time passes more slowly. The hotel-auberge run by Cyril Laugier and his wife Valérie exudes a bohemian, gourmet soul, a lively, human setting where simplicity in no way detracts from excellence. In these colorful interiors, with their mismatched and travelled furnishings, the chef brings back his many experiences in the four corners of the Mediterranean, assembling culture and spices in inspired compositions, designed in his table Lucienne to be shared by two, according to the seasons and desires. The Joséphine bistro completes the offer with traditional dishes, to bring you closer to the region. A fine local wine cellar. We also recommend the Saturday lunchtime brunch.
