Gourmet Restaurant A lovely 3* riverside hotel, with ivy-covered walls and a swimming pool for sunny days. Nathalie and Christophe's Moulin is a haven of peace in the heart of the Mâconnais region, where the chef prepares regional cuisine that's right on target. On the €42 menu: Beaujolais snails, wild garlic pesto, comté cheese mousse and tuile; sweetbreads and langoustines, cauliflower cream and buttered morels; skate with grenobloise sauce and watercress mousseline; veal quasi, broad beans and peas, cooking juices and pistachios; chocolate rochet, cookie, hazelnuts, chocolate mousse, caramel and vanilla. Lunch menu €24.
