Sponsored Florès'Sens is the osmosis between the contemporary local cuisine of Nicolas Gros, a chef with a fine career, and the expertise of the Florès winery, whose white wine won the Grand Gold medal at the Vinalies Internationales 2022. Nicolas Gros follows his philosophy of revealing the flavors of meat, fish and vegetables through traditional recipes with a gentle Occitan accent. It's an ode to the essential, with nothing simplistic about it. Indeed, simplicity is synonymous with a perfect knowledge of the products, mastery of cooking, the right use of herbs and spices, and great expertise in the creation of stocks, wine reductions and sauces to sublimate the dishes. His cuisine of the essential is illustrated, for example, by his foie gras just salted and peppered, served with quince jam. A taste revelation! The same is true of his cod steamed with a drizzle of olive oil and a broccoli moelleux with St-Nectaire cheese. This signature dish, beautifully prepared and served by attentive staff, is also on display in the desserts. To achieve perfection, opt for the food and wine pairings specially selected by the Florès oenologist!
