This is one of the best bistros in the region, a former XIXᵉ century warehouse converted into a modern eatery, taking advantage of the rawness of the premises to create a lofty, contemporary atmosphere. Above all, the cuisine is beautifully crafted, offering a different vision of the bistro register, with ideas and know-how. February's menu includes scallop quenelles with crème corail, cod, salmon and hake blanquette with vegetables and potatoes, pork belly confit with honey and ginger, potatoes in olive oil, dark chocolate croustillant and vanilla ice cream. Very friendly service.
