Patxi Massonde, known from Oppoca in Ainhoa, has found a new playground in the hills above Jurançon, just a few minutes from Pau. This magnificent manor house serves as both hotel and restaurant, where guests can enjoy a moment of true plenitude, between the comfort of the service and the quality of the dishes. The chef remains true to form, and continues to offer fine Basque cuisine, focusing on the essentials with the same precise savoir-faire, on menus ranging from €36 to €92 for seven courses.
