Gourmet Restaurant An efficient, lively bistro on the rue de Foix, where you can meet friends or colleagues in a contemporary atmosphere. The menu features market-fresh ingredients, sourced locally. These include crispy boneless pig's trotters with gribiche sauce, Pyrenean trout in gravelax with Aubertin beet salad and sorrel mousse, scallops snacked a la plancha, Jerusalem artichokes glazed with meat jus and béarnaise sauce siphon, and roast veal fillet with mashed potatoes and sage emulsion jus. Lunch menu €20.
