A good market restaurant in the city center, benefiting from both a good location and serious sourcing. Today's cuisine is masterful, with fish arancini, leek espuma with shellfish juice and parmesan shavings, braised lamb shoulder medallion, sand carrot purée and wild garlic emulsion, and tiramisu with maple syrup. Good service.
