Gault&Millau's review 2025

Facing the peaks of the Pyrenees, the Hôtel Parc Beaumont - MGallery is run like a large, welcoming house just a stone's throw from the center of Pau. Bathed in light thanks to its curved, transparent architecture, this contemporary 5-star hotel boasts 75 rooms and suites, some with terraces, stretching out over the foliage of the park or the silhouette of the mountains. In the kitchen, chef Alexandre Paget sublimates seasonal produce at Jeu de Paume, while Le Grand Prix revisits the brasserie spirit in a hushed atmosphere. The experience continues at the spa, a sanctuary of well-being designed by Sothys, with an indoor pool, Turkish bath and personalized treatments.
