Located in the lower town, in the Hédas district, this Jòïa Mâa embodies the revival of this astonishing historic district at the foot of the rue des Cordeliers bridge. It's a lively, arty place, where you can discover today's fine bistronomy: perfect egg, ratatouille and vinegared zucchini, Pyrenean trout and lemon potato cream, roasted beet and Béarnaise pepper sauce, Toulouse sausage, lentils from the mill, melting carrot and foie sauce, orchard kiwi, crumble and vanilla ice cream. A joyful atmosphere.
