Chef's Restaurant A top-class chalet hotel in the Beaufortain region of Les Saisies, a chic, family-friendly atmosphere for elegant mountain meals prepared by chef Nicolas Copin: langoustines with peas and Savoy pastis, monkfish medallions with eggplant, tomato and onion confit, Dombes duckling with turnip carrot and fir bud honey. A wise and contemporary score, concluded in the same style with desserts that know how to remain light: apricot and Mont Blanc gin, orgeat and plum almond oil ice cream, or strawberry hibiscus and pink radish. Well-stocked cellar, covering Savoie, Jura and Switzerland.
