Chef's Restaurant Of course, the food alone is worth the detour. But to fully appreciate the experience, we strongly recommend staying at least one night in this superb guesthouse nestled at the foot of the slopes, a delightful family farm where time passes slowly. Nicolas Copin's exquisite dishes are also an invitation to reverie, paying homage to the region (Val d'Arly fresh goat's cheese gnocchi with watercress cream and button mushrooms, risotto with organic Bauges saffron and squid ink tuile, Chozal Mont-Blanc meringue with chestnut cream and blueberry jelly). A lovely cellar marked by a fine effort to discover the region.
