Chef's Restaurant In Port Lympia, a fine Italian address, with integrity and no touristy frills. Here, the pasta is homemade, using organic eggs and durum wheat semolina, and the menu is reduced to the essentials: guanciale, pecorino, fried cod with aioli, cacio e pepe pasta, amatriciana, bolognese, and current offerings in the form of very attractive menus. One of the best picks of its kind in town. We finish with a hazelnut crumble, lemon cream, Campari orang sorbet and a little grappa!
