Gourmet Restaurant One of our great discoveries in Lorient last year, this table by Émilie and Baptiste, which gives its name to the restaurant. The place, with its attractive fir-green frontage and turquoise and orange parquet flooring, is attractive, the titles don't tell the whole story in four lines, but their sobriety reveals a real know-how, combined with a desire to stay as close as possible to the product: cockles in the fireplace, grilled asparagus, Lorient cabbage stuffed with red wine sauce or pork chop with grenailles and cébettes reveal frankness and a sense of the plate. Desserts are rather conventional, but in the same vein, a good lunch menu at €23.
