Chef's Restaurant It's a rather unique experience in the high mountains, a few kilometers from Bagnères-de-Luchon, brought to life by Anne and Juan de Benedetto. Juan de Benedetto, originally from Argentina, creates conceptual cuisine, which is first subjected to ethical constraints, before evolving into a personal and sophisticated cuisine. It's all wood-fired cooking, with the emphasis on keeping energy bills to a minimum, to be discovered in a splendid period chalet with an intimate atmosphere. The dishes are presented in a unique six-course menu at €60, changing weekly and reflecting the changing seasons throughout the year. On Sundays, the cuisine is based on the week's leftovers, imagined in the moment and never redundant in its originality. Excellent room service.
