The old-fashioned, mountain-style decor is guaranteed to give you a change of scenery, and the view of the surrounding countryside enhances your meal. Traditions take pride of place, with just the right amount of mastery to make them memorable: marinated trout fillet, warm Camembert cassolette, country-style pig's trotter, ember-roasted rabbit...
