In the Aure valley, the Mir family runs this eponymous inn as well as their gastronomic table, offering a fine local flavor to their clientele as well as to those passing through. Plates feature regional classics in good form, for a decent price: home-made garbure, marbré of black Astarac-Bigorre hen, apples, pear and ginger, trout steak and broccoli mousse, osso buco and lemon purée. Classic desserts. Pleasant service.
