Original Restaurant A lively bistro on the gourmet rue du Chapitre, which combines the principles of the modern bistro (cool service, trendy ingredients and preparations, controlled prices) to offer a moment without weakness to a hungry youth: pork and buckwheat cromesquis with old-fashioned mustard, snacked tuna with carrot and virgin dill sauce, creamy kalamansi and dulce in an attractive menu that leaves plenty of choice, detailed in a complete menu at €35. Wine cellar with a small selection of glasses at around €6.
