Gault&Millau's review 2026

A successful address, today counting a catering boutique and another address in Cesson-Sévigné. The concept is simple and well known: good products and an old-fashioned approach, with suggestions on the slate and a bistro decor, bare wooden benches and tables. The recipes are pretty well done, with a few clever reworkings such as smoked asparagus, spider crab pressé, red cabbage, citrus and radish, steamed monkfish, kohlrabi, oyster emulsion and rice, free-range veal, melting apples, radish and gremolata. Well-stocked cellar with references from all over France. Lunch menu €20.50.
