Gourmet Restaurant An exceptional example of the neo-Renaissance movement, Château d'Orfeuillette is now one of the finest hotels in the region, offering a modern, hushed setting and cuisine by Martin Berger. In place for two years, the chef is moving in the right direction, presenting compositions that meet the demands of his clientele while allowing himself a certain inventiveness. The menu unfolds its meticulous compositions around local products: lightly smoked trout, grapefruit and radish, cod and cardamom carrot velouté, lamb like a barbecue, artichoke royal and garlic confit, chocolate praline, pecan and Orizaba cream.
