Is this bistro like all the others? A little... and not really. A slightly more chic front, discreet brickwork and old photos, well-lined tables, and a full house at practically every service: you're at Nicolas Brousse's, a top-notch chef experienced in all formats, who has chosen his independence here to do what he loves, making his diners happy with "cuisine cuisinée" at very tight prices, €28 at lunchtime, €39 in the evening, plus a five-course Dégustation €59 for regulars and enthusiasts. Yes, at this price, the chef does a bit of what he wants, but at least he has the legitimacy and the baggage. A fine list of connoisseur wines completes the menu.
