Gourmet Restaurant These Sales Gosses give off a good artisanal vibe in this little-shopped but rather lively neighborhood near the boulevard and the Allées Jaurès. The welcome is smiling, a little hurried (it's hot everywhere!) in the cute setting of the room "as small as a CM2 class" as it is announced in exergue. The plate is sophisticated, sometimes a little too lavish for this one-toque level, with octopus and gnocco à la romaine siphon escabeche and squid ink, pan-seared scallops in a frothy shellfish broth with white asparagus and truffle asparagus, and filet de canard des Causses with cauliflower mousseline and nashi in a spicy tamarind jus. Dessert in the same spirit, vanilla pear and Jerusalem artichoke, a generous cellar well led by a sommelier who knows her stuff.
