You'll always find wit and verve in these headstrong Sales Gosses, who delight you in their friendly street-corner bistro. At lunchtime, you'll be treated to a well-thought-out lunch at an affordable price (€31), with seasonal ideas such as nems with pig confit and vadouvan spices, black olive-crusted pollack with white butter and saké first asparagus and dark chocolate tartlet with citrus and tarragon; in the evening, it's free style with a unique menu and the chef's whims, most recently scallop quenelles with leek and yellow wine sauce, duck fillet with horseradish cream, beer-gel maroilles endives and chocolate cabbage with zaatar and cranberries.
