Gourmet Restaurant This address not far from Matabiau, opened in 2021, took on a new dimension at the end of 2024 with the arrival of a new chef (Thomas Riquier) from neighboring "Vivants". This is undoubtedly THE place to go for seafood, shellfish, whole fish, parillada, mariscada, crab, lobster... and even bouillabaisse! Plethoric menu, high quality seafood, perfectly cooked fish (monkfish and sole for our meal), quality accompaniments (mashed potatoes, home fries, Vichy carrots). Too bad the desserts fall short. A carnivorous offering (prime rib, duck breast, flank steak, lamb mice, etc.) may seem a little superfluous.
