Chef's Restaurant If there's one trophy awarded at the Gault&Millau Tour that perfectly suits this restaurant in a quiet corner between town and station, it's Tradition d'Aujourd'hui. Laure Pelou, who won the Jeune Talent award last year, affirms her predilection for dishes with character, taste and generosity. And she delights all generations, bobos, grandmothers and kids alike, with her beet and pimenton pot-au-feu terrine, duck Wellington or braised pork loin with carrots, the very good flan pâtissier or the coffee-glazed chocolate coulant. Good products, a great atmosphere and a smart cellar to keep costs down.
