Gault&Millau's review2026
You've got to find it, this well-hidden Italian table, but our investigators are reliable sleuths, and this transalpine enclave makes for a good, inexpensive trip. The €23 lunch menu is a good way to get started, and dinner offers other perspectives, for €35, with inspired and sometimes original dishes. These include egg rolls stuffed with smoked provola, mashed potatoes, parmesan and almonds, penne with nduja cream, tomato confit, burrata and parmesan, and gnocchi with taleggio, Piedmont hazelnut and prickly pear marmalade. Good cannolo for dessert, interesting cellar.
