Gourmet Restaurant Five minutes from Matabiau, a solid, lively bistro with a "new wave" label. See and be seen in this lively setting, in front of laquered king prawns with bisque heads and quinoa risotto, roasted line hake pressed with potato and lemon confit, fennel and balsamic garlic cream, mustard-crusted filet mignon with port siphon gravy. Desserts are also well prepared, such as poached apple in cider with ginger compote and diplomatic cream. The wine is well chosen and well recommended by a young, enthusiastic team.
