Chef's Restaurant Close to the cathedral, Bonnie's facade is the place to be. Charlotte and Rodolphe Bauduret have turned it into a place of conviviality and relaxation, including gastronomy. Charlotte draws up the fashions of the moment on the piano, Rodolphe sets the scene and guides the wine list. Everything is in perfect harmony: the welcome, the smile, the courtesy, the well-paced service, in phase with the elegance of the dishes. We feasted on a beet egg, the white in bishop's cassock color, beet hummus with preserved lemon, silky and delicate; chickpea salad with herbs and a poppy seed crunch - an excellent starter, freshness and subtle flavors; a hake back with herbs, tasty flesh, a touch of the Orient with a kumquat carrot mousseline, orange endives and a sorrel sauce. Finally, a popcorn pastry flan with almond milk and spirulina ice cream, an original and delicious dessert. Quite a classic wine cellar, with a good selection by the glass, Cahors of course.
