Chef's Restaurant Modern from start to finish and a truly lively overall experience, with remarkably creative dishes for lunch and dinner. The pairing of Charlotte and Rodolphe works wonders, Charlotte in the kitchen and Rodolphe in the cellar, the former experimenting daily with personal ideas and techniques, the latter with successful pairings. While lunch already offers glimpses of the restaurant's potential, it's in the evening that you can discover the full range of talents, with a fine €55 menu featuring a starter of gnocchi, shiitake and guanciale, sea bass with Peruvian oca, pomelo and spinach, veal from Aveyron and Segala, apples, celeriac and onions, and a dessert of carrots and vanilla, cinnamon and passion.
