Chef Jean-François Dive cultivates a rather sophisticated plate, which holds up thanks to proven technique, affordable prices and professional service. The local dishes are a step in the right direction, with relevant approaches to the product: semi-cooked duck foie gras with green apple, Quercy lamb rouelle confit, crushed potatoes with chives and market vegetables, compote of local strawberries.
